The European Club for human resources held the succesful seminar "Well-being at Work and Competitiveness" in Bilbao (Spain) on 18 November 2011, with the support and contribution of OSHA - the European Agency for Health and Safety at Work.

The objectives of the discussions were achieved:

Definition of the concepts of well-being and efficiency/productivity;

Several business cases were examined during the seminar;

The connections between well-being at work and company’s performance were analysed.
