Next 30 September, the European Club for human resources (EChr) will organize a seminar on 'Innovation and Human Resources Management: From Strategy to Action' in Madrid, with the support and contribution of IDEPA - the Economic Development Agency of the Principality of Asturias.

The objective of the discussions will be to:

• Assess what innovation means for HR;
• Identify the conditions and means necessary to articulate innovative HR policies and practices into complex organisations.
