The EChr is pleased to inform you that its next Seminar will focus on 'Corporate Governance and Executive Remuneration: EU Direction and Business Practices'.

The seminar will be hosted by the Representation of the European Commission in Belgium and take place in Brussels next 31 May 2010 from 14.15 to 17.00 (Rue Archimède, 73).

The session will allow participants to gain new insight and exchange their views with EU policy makers and market practitioners on policy developments and changes in corporate practices related to the remuneration of boards’ members (see detailed agenda below).

The panel will focus on the international recommendations and the new rules being drafted by the EU legislators for improving the governance and transparency of remuneration policies
