Twice a year, the Club organises throughout Europe a full day seminar providing an overview of the business and economic context of the host country followed by a case study analysis of major HR topics of concern for leading companies operating in the host country economy. The objective is to stimulate exchanges and debates between the VPHRs and external participants around the following topics:

• Proposing management concepts and practices that are of international interest (social regulations; managing jobs and careers; valuing cultural differences etc.) 
• Contributing to the creation and development of methods of work on the European market. 
• Passing on the experience and expertise of today's VPHRs to the HR managers of tomorrow.
