We bring together human resources directors from multinational companies, who are convinced that human resources development plays a key role in economic efficiency and companies’ durability. Our aim is to develop an international vision of human resources management from a European viewpoint.

EChr combines a rigorous, independent and multidisciplinary approach with an intimate and informal working atmosphere that makes it a true club.

The Club's objectives are to :

• Stimulate debates about important world Human Resources management issues and exchange experiences within the three major geographical areas (Europe, America, Asia).
• Monitor EU legislative developments, national initiatives and research and conferences activities in the field of HR.
• Be a center of excellence and a catalyst for best practices
• Provide for training sessions
