Description

The presentation of the results of the 7th edition of the European HR Barometer that will take place on 21 February 2012 from 9h30 till 12h in Brussels at the premises of the EChr (Rue du Luxembourg 19-21).

During the session we will review the new Pan-European trends and perspectives emerging from this year's survey results, and in particular:

• the changing business drivers and HR priorities for 2012-2014;

• new plans for employment, HR programmes and investment for 2012;

• the assessment of performance of HR-related activities and changes foreseen in HR organisation; and

• the perceived impact of EU policies on HR programmes and on the broader business agenda.
